NC Youth Rebuild Conference

I Give my consent for my child

to attend the Rebuild Conference with Neighborhood Church staff and/volunteers located at Central Assembly of God in Yakima, WA. This conference takes place on Apr. 12 & 13th. Neighborhood Church will transport students to and from the conference, and students will remain in their care throughout the conference. This is a two day conference, but NOT an overnight event. Students will be transported back and forth each day. See. Pastor Dan for itinerary.
