Nathan Garza
Student Ministries
Nathan has been married to his wife Ashley for 13 years and together they have three children. Ministry has been a part of Nathan's life since his youth, he began leading worship at the age of 13. While he works as a crane operator by vocation, he stepped into his role leading NC Youth in January 2026. He is currently furthering his ministerial education through the Pathways program.
Nathan’s life and ministry are anchored by a focus on God first, followed by his commitment to his wife and children as he pursues God’s call. He is drawn to student ministry because, as he says, "I love the next generation and want to see them do better than we did." His approach is centered on opening his heart and creating a welcoming space where authentic relationships can flourish and strengthen the body of Christ.
Nathan's fun fact: Can you identify this favorite movie quote of his? "I believe in God, not science."

Maggie Najera
Church Administrator
Maggie has enjoyed motherhood to the fullest, she has 8 children, ages ranging from 12-27yrs. She also loves being Grandma! Maggie is excited to have been serving Neighborhood Church for the past 10 years. As Church Administrator, she loves having her hand in everything at The NC, what she likes to call, "being at the heartbeat of the church". Maggie is passionate about finding Jesus in life's everyday moments. She lives life with three things in mind: to do good, to make Him known, and to live freely. She believes God designed us to live amazing lives, despite the craziness of everyday life, and she is determined to do just that. "Beauty in chaos" brings a glimmer to her eye, as she navigates life's many ups and downs. Finding the beauty in the chaos is what keeps a smile on her face!
Maggie's fun fact: Maggie can eat a whole bag of Sour Bite Crawlers by herself (although she may blame the kids.)
